Overview
Sponsorship: ECL does not provide support for sponsorship at this time. A full driving licence and own vehicle are essential. Travel is required around Harold Hill and the surrounding area (including Hornchurch, Upminster, Romford, Gidea Park, Harold Wood, Rainham, Collier Row, Emerson Park, Elm Park, and Corbet’s Tey). As a Care Assistant in reablement, you will help customers regain independence and continue living in their own homes.
You don’t need previous experience as training will be provided. After induction, a mentor will accompany you to meet customers until you are confident in the role. With guaranteed contracted hours, we support progression within the company and provide ongoing specialist training and well-being support.
Because this is a community Care Assistant role, you must have access to a car and a full driving licence with business insurance. We offer a government maximum tax-free mileage allowance of 45p per mile and pay for time spent travelling between customers.
