Overview
Salary: Β£23,500 β Β£29,214 per annum (Pro Rata). Location: Worthing, West Sussex. Hours: 15 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday 07:00 β 15:00). Contract: Permanent. ECL are looking for a Call Centre Operator to join our busy team by providing a high-quality service and care to vulnerable customers throughout West Sussex.
About you
To be considered, you need to have the right to work in the UK. This role is through a third-party provider to support sponsorship arrangements. Therefore, applicants who do not already have the right to work in the UK and/or require visa sponsorship to continue working in the UK cannot be considered for this role through direct application.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality call centre service to vulnerable customers throughout West Sussex.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and with care.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Customer Service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Good IT skills.
