Our award-winning Inclusive Employment team are looking for a Job Broker to join us on a permanent basis.
The Job Broker plays a pivotal role in championing our Inclusive Employment service, engaging with local employers to help them realise the benefits of employing adults with a learning disability and/or autism. You will be responsible for delivering the Inclusive Employment strategy, supporting the Employment Engagement Lead to secure paid job outcomes, quality assuring customer CVs and job applications, and ensuring ECL customers are presented to the highest standard. You will further develop, maintain, and grow the existing business contacts for the service.
This role would suit somebody with a sales or recruitment background, who is confident with business development and account management. The Job Broker will engage with businesses across South Essex daily, to both broker new job opportunities for our candidates and sustain professional relationships with our existing Inclusive Employers. You will be key to generating leads and prospecting our candidates into local employers over the telephone and in person.
