Location: Travel required across Havering. Base in Brentwood.

As a Field Care Supervisor, known internally as a Trusted Assessor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the independence and wellbeing of our customers.

As a key member of the team, utilising your care expertise, you will:

  • Engage with customers to maximise their independence and achieve individualised goals
  • Conduct initial assessments with our customers to assess their needs and develop support plans
  • Work closely with our team of health and social care workers, and external health professionals, to maximise the support available to customers

About You

To be considered for the role of Field Care Supervisor, you need:

  • A valid driving licence and vehicle with business insurance to use for work
  • Experience of working in care
  • To be confident travelling around the London Borough of Havering
  • An enhanced DBS Check – this can be arranged through ECL if needed
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • The ability to build and develop strong relationships with stakeholders
  • The ability and confidence to work independently and manage your own time
  • A proactive, adaptable and customer focussed work ethic

A QCF Diploma or NVQ Level 2 in relevant area would be advantageous to your application. You should be willing to obtain Level 3.
