As a SensoryCoordination Officer, you'll be at the heart of our service, acting as the first point of contact for individuals seeking support and guidance. Using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills, you'll build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and ensure they receive the right support at the right time.
You’ll develop a thorough understanding of sensory services, pathways, and support networks, enabling you to confidently assess enquiries, provide advice, and effectively triage customers to the most appropriate services. About You
To be considered for the role of Sensory Coordination Officer with ECL, you need:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt based on customer requirements.
- Experience of working in a setting with direct sensory customer contact.
- Excellent digital & IT skills including use of text, phone, e-mail, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
- Ability to use telephony and data retrieval systems.
- Experience of producing reports using Excel.
- Experience of accessing information sources, both electronically and paper based.
- Ability to work as part of a team demonstrating flexibility.
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
As a Sensory Coordination Officer with ECL, you will receive:
- 55p paid per mile tax-free
