Essex Cares Limited (ECL) is seeking an Inclusive Employment Job Coach to support customers, many on EHCPs, into employment, volunteering or internships using TSI methods. You will coach a cohort across Essex, travelling regularly to meet customers, colleges and employers.
The role requires building strong relationships, working to targets, and a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends. Full driving licence with own vehicle is essential.
