This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll provide support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR administration. You'll work closely with managers, employees and candidates, helping to ensure our people processes are efficient, compliant and focused on delivering excellent customer service.
About You
To be considered asHR Coordinator, youneed:
Previous experience in an administrative, recruitment, HR or customer-focused role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
Proficient in using HR Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Excellent customer service skills with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
Willingness and ability to travel to ECL locations and recruitment events as required.
