About The Role
Location: Chelmsford, with travel required across Mid Essex
Hours: Full time, 37 hours a week, Monday - Thursday 08:30am - 16:30pm, Friday 08:30am - 16:00pm. Flexibility working outside of the core hours is required, including evenings and weekends.

As an Inclusive Employment Job Coach, you’ll be key in ensuring our customers, who are predominately people with learning disabilities and/or autism, are coached using Training in Systemic Instruction (TSI) methods into employment, volunteering and/or community outcomes dependant on the customer’s choice and their specific employment targets.
About You
You will be responsible for a cohort of customers, ensuring that they are confident to settle into their paid employment and/or volunteering.

To be considered for the role of Inclusive Employment Job Coach, you need:
- Experience of directly supporting adults with a learning disability and/or autism
- To be confident in building and maintaining relationships
- The ability to work and succeed in a target driven environment
- Exceptional and adaptable communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team, but also on your own initiative
- A full and valid driving licence with own vehicle to travel
- £500 new starter bonus*
