Overview

Starting from £25,350 per annum (pro rata) – negotiable depending on previous experience

Part Time – Approx 15-25 hours per week (some flexibility)

Permanent

Monday – Friday (no weekends)

What we are looking for

We are a growing family-run Pest Control company looking for a highly proficient, experienced Customer Services Team Member to assist in the day to day running of a busy pest control business. We are seeking an individual with a proactive and organised approach who can effectively communicate with both customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Processing customer enquiries and orders by phone and online, for new and existing customers.
  • Setting up new Client Accounts.
  • Logistics and route planning - allocating and scheduling of technicians’ daily appointments.
  • Dealing with existing Client queries and concerns.
  • General office duties to ensure the overall smooth running of operations.
  • Using our dedicated software for day to day activities (Training will be provided).
