EMEA Marketing Coordinator - Kidlington, OX5 1HX
We are currently seeking a data-driven individual who is looking to step into the world of Marketing as a Marketing Coordinator.
This role exists to deliver and maintain marketing activities for the EMEA region.
The main objectives support increase of new customers, revenue growth in target sectors and timely and cost-effective execution of the EMEA Marketing Plan and budget.
This role involves operational responsibilities to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels for the core European markets.
The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing, product and sales teams across Europe to coordinate activities, manage projects, create content, track performance metrics, and help drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
The role reports to the EMEA Customer Acquisition Manager and is part of a wider marketing team consisting of channel and design specialists plus marketing specialists based across 10 countries covering the EMEA region markets.
The role will also build and maintain relationships with external vendors where necessary to run and improve lead generation campaigns and brand awareness
Typical Responsibilities
- Campaign Management
- Coordinate the execution of EMEA marketing campaigns aligned with regional business objectives, including email and postal mailing campaigns for lead generation
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting insights
- Deliver execution of customer and prospect programs to drive engagement, acquisition, retention, and growth
- Localise master global assets and manage translation process requirements
- Manage and update website content via the CMS
- Marketing Operations
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to localise campaigns for EMEA markets
- Action marketing activities on time and within budget
- Coordinate with agencies, designers, translators and printers
- Maintain accurate campaign records within CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Manage translations through our platform provider
- Asset Management
- Design and create digital banners and visuals for online promotion of products and brand awareness
- Support asset creation and management for both print and digital channels
- Support creation of our PIM systems driven publications
- Manage and curate the customer facing asset library
- Update and create landing pages for campaign use
- Action design related updates of regional materials and global assets for localisation
- Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Load and monitor campaigns and leads in the CRM
- Propose regional campaign ideas to drive business objectives
- Propose regional programme improvements to support customer lifecycle marketing
- Participate in the community of EMEA marketing specialists, including collaborating, leading and informing on key projects, and supporting colleagues.
- Use and understanding of Essentra Components' customer databases and profiles, to support and guide regional marketers and colleagues in campaign activity and asset production
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies to innovate
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Knowledge of B2B marketing and lead generation
- Understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, and campaign analytics.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Adobe suite
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role. (Desirable)
- Experience working across multiple countries or regions. (Desirable)
- Experience with CMS systems. (Desirable)
