Technology Integrations Lead - Lodz, 851 01
This is a remote role with an occasional requirement to attend our Lodz site.
As Technology Integrations Lead at Essentra, responsible for critical integrations connecting internal & external business applications and digital services, you will be a passionate leader who thrives on delivering challenging projects in an evolving environment.
You will architect, implement, and manage enterprise-grade integration solutions using Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, overseeing a team of developers and engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions across the organisation.
You will define and continuously improve integration standards and patterns, working in close collaboration with Enterprise Architecture colleagues and technical system experts, delivering and maintaining robust and flexible integrations which enable Essentra's business.
The role will entail team both hands on development as well as management of, permanent team members and scaling based on demand with partners/contractors.
You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders and be influential in driving integrations architecture patterns across Essentra.
Responsibilities
- Leading by example on our enterprise integrations across strategy, architecture and technical delivery
- Guiding and mentoring the integrations development team members
- Architect and manage integrations and APIs using Azure Integration Services and API Management, ensuring secure, scalable, and reusable interfaces.
- Hands-on integrations development as well as leading others
- Assuring governance, guardrails, designs, delivery, security, quality and performance
- Lead the development of Infrastructure-as-Code (Ia C) templates and CI/CD pipelines via Azure Dev Ops and/or Git Hub.
- Maintenance & operational support ownership of live integration services
- Act as the primary escalation point for integration

- Strong integration design and implementation experience
- Coding experience with one or more of . Net, C#, Java
- Experienced in guiding and mentoring engineers of differing levels of maturity
- Adept at and managing the delivery of technology service providers, contractors & partners - including resource/capacity planning & reporting
- High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work without supervision.
- Deep experience with Microsoft Azure Integration Services

- API management - including API gateway products
- Deep experience of a wide range of integration architecture patterns & methods, synchronous, asycnchronus/oub/sub, batch, event driven etc. and appropriateness of method for solution
- Experience using Cloud platforms, preferably Azure
- CI/CD, Pipelines and Dev Ops - Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions etc.
- Source code & quality, management tools - Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub, SAST/DAST
- Governance & documentation of production integrations
- Drive engagement and coordination of cross functional stakeholders
- Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - able to identify, prioritise, and solve complex technical issues
- Good understanding and experience of system testing and quality assurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high level of English language proficiency
- Proven interpersonal/project skills, ability to listen and coach.
Flexibility to work outside of core business hours as required - e. g. out of core hours deployments and maintenance
- High integrity, reliable with strong time management and self-organisational skills
