Junior Marketing Executive - Chichester, PO19 7BJ
This role is based at our Wixroyd site in Chichester with the opportunity to work from home one day per week.

We are currently seeking a data-driven individual who is looking to step into the world of Marketing and Product as a Product Information Executive.
This role supports the delivery of the company's marketing activity, helping to maintain digital platforms, create engaging content, support marketing campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across online and offline channels.
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Specialist and wider marketing team, the successful candidate will gain experience across social media, email marketing, website content management, digital analytics, events, and creative asset management.
This position is ideal for someone with a Level 3 or Level 4 Marketing qualification (or equivalent), or a recent marketing graduate (or similar) looking to develop a career in marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Support
- Assist with the creation and scheduling of content across social media platforms including Linked In and Facebook.
- Help create email marketing campaigns and automations using company marketing platforms.
- Support the development of marketing campaigns through content creation, research, and campaign administration.
- Assist with maintaining customer and prospect data within marketing platforms.
- Respond to social media enquiries where appropriate.
- Conduct competitor and industry research to identify content ideas and marketing opportunities.
- Website Content Management
- Update website content including online forms, news articles, banners, landing pages, and promotional content.
- Assist in maintaining website accuracy and ensuring information remains current.
- Work with internal teams to gather content and promote company activities, products, and services.
- Report website issues or improvement opportunities to the Digital Operations Manager.
- Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Have input regarding monitoring website, email, and social media performance.
- Utilise routine reports on marketing campaign performance to inform decision making.
- Learn how to use tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to support campaign measurement.
- Help track lead generation activities and campaign results.
- Brand & Asset Management
- Ensure marketing materials follow company brand guidelines.
- Organise and maintain the digital asset library, ensuring materials are easy to find and use.
- Assist in creating presentations, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Liaise with suppliers and printers when required to support marketing projects.
- Team Working & Development
- Work closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, product, and customer-facing teams.
- Participate in marketing projects and contribute ideas for campaign improvements.
- Maintain knowledge of digital marketing trends, including AI, tools, and best practices.
- Take ownership of individual tasks and projects while developing marketing skills and experience.
Required Skills & Experience
- Level 3 or Level 4 Marketing qualification (or equivalent), or a recent marketing graduate (or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for marketing and content creation.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Linked In and Facebook.
- Creative mindset with willingness to learn.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design tools. (desirable)
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of email marketing platforms. (desirable)
- Basic awareness of SEO, Google Analytics, or digital advertising.
- Previous marketing placement, internship, apprenticeship, or project experience.
