We are looking to recruit an organised and motivated person to join our Warehouse team.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack and despatch customer orders accurately and on time, in accordance with daily schedules and priority requirements.
- Operate warehouse management systems (Bridge/Opera) to process orders and update stock records and support inventory control across the warehouse.
- Conduct cycle counts and stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Report and investigate any stock discrepancies promptly.
- Take responsibility for health and safety within the warehouse, following all procedures and reporting hazards or incidents as required.
- Support the wider team with goods in, stock movements, bars cutting and general warehouse duties as required.
- Focus on continuous improvement and work with all departments to promote ‘one team’ culture.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good numeracy and literacy.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- Good understanding of health and safety responsibilities in the workplace.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to accept change.
- Forklift licence (counterbalance or reach).
- Experience using Bridge or Opera systems.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Hours of Work:
Our company operates on a two-shift basis (on-site) which rotates weekly. Shift times are: Week 1: Monday to Friday 07:30 to 15:30 and Week 2: Monday to Thursday 09:30 to 17:30 and Friday 08:00 to 16:30.
