At the heart of Spring Harvest is a dedicated team of professionals, with a passion for Jesus, delivering one of the largest Christian events of its kind. This is a unique opportunity to join our Head Office team and coordinate the planning and delivery of our Kids and Youth programmes at Spring Harvest.
With lived experience of children’s ministry or children’s work in another setting, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong administrative, organisational and communication skills and be gifted in working collaboratively, building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders alike.
This role holds an occupational requirement for the post-holder to be a committed Christian, actively involved in the life of a local Christian church.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the planning and delivery of Spring Harvest Kids and Youth programmes.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure programme success.
- Support administrative tasks and communications related to programme planning and execution.
- Experience in children’s ministry or children’s work in another setting.
- Strong administrative, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Committed Christian; active involvement in the life of a local Christian church is an occupational requirement.
- Contract: part-time, 24-25 hours per week, hybrid basis.
- Office location: Uckfield, East Sussex; 2-3 days per week in the office.
- Candidate must live within a 60-minute commuting distance of the office.
