Ready to take the wheel of a rewarding career? Total Recruitment are currently recruiting reliable 7.5T Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to join the team of a well-established distribution and delivery company based in Plymouth.
If you're customer-focused, safety-conscious, and confident navigating multi-drop routes, we want to hear from you.
Expected shift pattern/hours:
- 5 days on 3 days off
- 7am - finish (usually between 5pm - 7pm)
- Two 30 minute breaks both morning and afternoon
- Site does operate 7 days per week and you would therefore be required to work across some weekends as per your rota.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Safely operate a 7.5T vehicle to complete daily delivery routes
- Deliver goods to residential customers with the support of a drivers mate
- Providing quality customer service
- Load and unload deliveries with care and accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service at every stop
- Complete paperwork and digital logs accurately and on time
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly
- Comply with all driving laws, regulations, and company policies
What We're Looking For:
- Valid 7.5T (C1) driving licence
- Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous experience in a multi-drop delivery role is desired but not essential
- Strong knowledge of road safety and delivery best practices
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Physically fit and capable of loading/unloading goods
