We are urgently recruiting Class 2 Drivers for ongoing driving work, paying £17 per hour, with the potential for the right candidates to secure permanent employment. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for regular Class 2 work, completing up to 10 drops per day.
The Role
- Completing up to 10 drops per day
- Delivering to locations across the region and further afield
- Some handball may be required, depending on the delivery
- Carrying out all required daily vehicle checks
- Ensuring loads are safe and secure
- Completing all relevant delivery and vehicle paperwork
- Working safely and professionally at all times
- Ensuring full compliance with drivers' hours, Working Time Directive and all relevant road transport legislation
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year's Class 2 driving experience, although drivers of all experience levels are welcome to apply
- Valid Category C / Class 2 licence
- Valid Driver CPC
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- A professional and safety-conscious approach
- Good understanding of UK driving laws and regulations
- Reliable and punctual attitude
