HGV Class 1 Night Driver Monday to Friday | 16:0018:00 Starts | Up to £18.00 per hour PAYE Essential Workforce is currently recruiting an experienced HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Driver for a temp-to-perm opportunity with a well-established transport and logistics operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a Class 1 Driver looking for consistent Monday-to-Friday night work, regular start times and the opportunity to secure a permanent position. The Role You will be completing daily night deliveries to and from pallet network hubs, operating a modern Class 1 vehicle. Duties will include: Daily deliveries and collections to and from pallet hubs Predominantly trunking and hub-to-hub work Monday to Friday working week Start times between 16:00 and 18:00 Carrying out daily vehicle checks Completing all required paperwork and delivery documentation Ensuring loads are secure before departure Maintaining excellent standards of driving and professionalism Complying with Drivers' Hours, Working Time and Tachograph regulations What We're Looking For Applicants should hold: Valid HGV Class 1 / Category C+E licence Valid Driver CPC Valid Digital Tachograph Card Good understanding of UK Drivers' Hours and Working Time regulations Previous Class 1 experience preferred Pallet network or trunking experience advantageous Reliable and professional approach to work What's on Offer Monday to Friday 16:0018:00 start times Regular, ongoing work Consistent night routes Temp-to-perm opportunity.
