This is a Service Desk role for someone who already has solid experience in a managed IT services business or similar, and is ready to take more ownership of incidents, problems, and customer outcomes. You’ll work as part of a skilled team, acting on various issues while still handling your own tickets end-to-end. You’ll be trusted to troubleshoot, resolve, and communicate effectively with customers, ensuring their IT systems remain stable and well supported.
The team works on a shift pattern – the earliest shift starts at 08:00, and the latest you would finish is 18:00 – there is a rota system when evenings or weekend work is called for.
