This is an office-based, B2B sales role focused on mechanical components for the aftermarket, supporting customers across the UK and Ireland, with enquiries coming in from customers around the world. What the role is all about

This is a sales-driven position, where success is measured by sales performance and growth. You’ll manage a portfolio of existing spending accounts while actively developing new business and deepening customer relationships. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Proactive sales activity every day, primarily outbound phone calls
  • Managing inbound and outbound telephone calls

  • Using customer-provided dimensional information to select the correct chain type and prepare accurate quotes
  • Converting quotes into orders and completing the required admin to ensure smooth processing and shipment
  • Liaising with courier services and updating customers on delivery information
  • Handling customer service enquiries related to orders and general support
  • Working closely with internal departments and key stakeholders to keep orders moving smoothly
