New Exciting Opportunity. Founded in 2006, our client is based in Burton and specialise in providing a one-stop-shop and complete trouble free service for busy Letting Agents, Landlords, Property Managers, Housing Associations and Relocation Companies. Due to growth and expansions, we are looking for two candidates to start on a permanent basis to join a small but hard working team.
Salary: circa £25,000 - £33,000 per annum

Duties to include:
- Van driving (3.5 tonne)
- Handle a wide range of items, from large and small pieces of furniture to kitchen appliances
- Loading and unloading the van
- Carrying furniture up and down stairs
- Installing kitchen appliances such as refrigerators and washing machines
- Measuring windows and fitting blinds and curtain poles
- Assembling and disassembling flat pack furniture
- Removing used furniture
- Having an empathetic approach when dealing with vulnerable customers
- Large percentage of the deliveries and installations will be in Nottingham, though there will also be a requirement to travel throughout the Country, this can include long journeys and on occasions staying over in Hotels
- Interacting with customers and tenants
- Other general duties
Skills Required:
- Due to fleet insurance, candidates must be aged 25 and over
- Good work ethic
- Flexibility with hours
- Ok with heavy lifting
- Full UK driving license is essential
- Experience with flat pack furniture and hand held tools is desired but not essential, a good ‘DIY-er’
- Organised and good time keeping
- Basic level of numeracy and literacy
Hours of work: Monday – Friday 07:30am to 15:30pm (must be flexible). Very rarely, Saturday work required as and when to suit the needs of the business.
