Stock & Warehouse Supervisor Location: Sheepbridge, Chesterfield Hours: 37.5 hours per week Shifts: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am–5:30pm or 8:00am–4:30pm / Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm or 8:00am–4:00pm Pay: £30,000 per annum Contract: Permanent Benefits of the Stock & Warehouse Supervisor role: * 4 x basic salary for Death in Service * Birthday off * Medicash (after probation period) * Access to Open Up – Mental Health platform * 25 days holiday + bank holidays, with the option to buy an additional 5 or sell back * Pension scheme Main duties: * Receive shipments, manage inventory, and dispatch goods to customers and end-users * Maintain computerised stock administration ensuring correct levels are available * Coordinate stock takes and place purchase orders as required * Control returned stock (repairs, replacements, warranty returns, and subcontractor returns) * Manage quality and quantity of incoming and outgoing goods * Implement and improve processes, enforcing safety and company regulations * Communicate with clients, suppliers, customers, and internal departments * Oversee warehouse logistics and allocate team members effectively * Hold regular team meetings to assess and improve productivity * Supervise and guide team members to ensure optimal performance * Maintain a tidy and safe working environment Experience required: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or management role * Previous stock control and purchasing experience essential * Strong organisational skills and adaptability * Proven management experience, including training and development planning * Excellent communication skills, written and verbal * IT literate, with experience using courier and stock control systems * Problem-solving ability * Experience with Oracle Netsuite
