Remanufacturing Operatives (Auto Parts) – Immediate Start
Location: Ollerton, Nottinghamshire
Pay: From £12.43 per hour + Overtime Available
A well-established and respected engineering facility in Ollerton is seeking skilled and reliable Remanufacturing Operatives to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with mechanical aptitude or experience in electrical work, small component assembly, or general hands-on work. The role offers long-term temporary employment, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates.
Pay & Benefits
- Basic pay: £12.43 per hour
- Overtime rates up to £24.86 per hour (after 40 hours)
- Weekly pay
- Holiday entitlement accrual

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30
- Friday: 07:30 – 13:30 (early finish)
- 40 hours per week, with optional overtime available
- Two paid 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Key Responsibilities
- Dismantling and cleaning vehicle components such as turbos, alternators, and starter motors
- Wiring small electrical items and working on a variety of automotive parts
- Operating hand tools and machinery to ensure products meet quality standards
- Following job sheets and meeting production targets
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Candidate Profile
- Experience working with small electrical components or similar (e.g. telecoms, panel wiring)
- Good manual dexterity and confidence using tools
- A strong work ethic and good timekeeping
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions
- Previous experience in manufacturing, remanufacturing, or light engineering is desirable but not essential
