We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation of our mixing and production processes on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for leading a team of operatives, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support production operatives within the mixing area.
- Manage weighing and mixing processes in line with production requirements.
- Ensure accurate stock control and material usage.
- Complete and maintain all production paperwork and records.
- Monitor process controls and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
- Drive productivity, efficiency and quality standards across the department.
- Identify and resolve production issues and escalate where necessary.
- Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to.
