We are recruiting Production Operatives for a respected manufacturer based in Wirksworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a stable, weekday role with long-term prospects and full on-the-job training. Due to the site location, candidates should either live locally or be able to reliably travel for an 8am start (public transport is available from surrounding areas).

Main Duties
- Using hand tools and machinery
- Cutting and preparing foam products
- Quality checks and visual inspections
- Operating band saws and other machinery (training provided)
- Manual handling
- Basic assembly work
- Following written and verbal instructions
- Supporting general production tasks as needed
