Paint Sprayers – Immediate Start
Location: Ollerton, Nottinghamshire
Pay: From £12.43 per hour + Overtime Available
A respected and well-established automotive engineering facility in Ollerton is currently seeking experienced and detail-oriented Paint Sprayers to join their production team on a long-term temporary basis, with the potential for permanent employment. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a background in spray painting, automotive finishing, or similar work, looking for stable hours and a professional, supportive work environment.
Pay & Benefits
- Basic pay: £12.43 per hour
- Overtime rates up to £24.86 per hour (after 40 hours)
- Weekly pay
- Holiday entitlement accrual

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30
- Friday: 07:30 – 13:30 (early finish)
- 40 hours per week, with optional overtime available
- Two paid 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing automotive parts and components for painting
- Applying primers, base coats, and top coats using spray equipment
- Ensuring high-quality finishes to meet company and customer standards
- Masking and de-masking parts as required
- Conducting final inspections to check for consistency, runs, or imperfections
- Maintaining clean spray booths and paint equipment in accordance with safety standards
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as an automotive paint sprayer or similar role in a manufacturing or body shop environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Understanding of health and safety protocols within a workshop setting
- Confidence in using various paint systems, spray guns, and preparation tools
- A strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions accurately
