Are you an experienced fabricator looking for your next opportunity?
We are currently seeking for a reliable and enthusiastic skilled Fabricator to join a team in Mansfield. These roles are available for immediate start and could lead to ongoing employment for the right candidates. Previous experience of workshop fabrication is required, along with the ability to be flexible for the shift pattern.
Pay Rate: Up to £18 per hour DOE
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6am - 3pm / Friday, 6am – 11:00am

Key Responsibilities of a Fabricator:
- Fabricating and welding a variety of metal components and assemblies
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications
- MIG welding
- Operating fabrication machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling metal materials
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure work meets required standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines
The Ideal Fabricator:
- Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder
- Strong MIG welding skills
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Experience working with mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminium
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
