We are currently recruiting for a permanent Extrusion Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company in Heanor. This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced production environment, offering long-term stability and opportunities to progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating extrusion machinery
  • Setting up and shutting down equipment
  • Carrying out quality checks and recording results
  • Following standard operating procedures
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

  • Previous extrusion or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Good understanding of health & safety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Physically fit due to the nature of the role

Working Hours

2 days / 2 nights / 4 days off
6:00am – 6:00pm / 6:00pm – 6:00am
10.5 hour shifts
