Pay Rate: Up to £15.07 per hour

Shifts Available: Days / Days & Afters / Days, Nights & Afters

We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers for a well‑established company based in Alfreton. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long‑term work with consistent hours and a supportive working environment.

Successful applicants will be responsible for operating a Counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring the smooth movement of stock across the site. Key Responsibilities
  • FLT operation — Safely operate a Counterbalance forklift truck in line with site procedures
  • Loading & unloading — Move pallets, load/unload vehicles, and transport goods across the warehouse
  • Stock handling — Support stock movements and replenishment
  • Health & safety — Maintain a safe working environment and follow all site safety rules
What We’re Looking For
  • Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (in‑house or external accepted)
  • Previous experience operating a Counterbalance truck
  • Ability to work safely and follow instructions
  • Flexibility to work across different shift patterns
  • Good communication and reliability
