Role Overview
We are recruiting for a Customer Care Executive to join our site near Sheffield. This role involves providing high-quality customer support, handling administration tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties
- Provide live telephone support to customers experiencing software and hardware issues
- Log internal and external support calls accurately
- Create reports and maintain documentation
- Validate and process customer orders
- Create sales quotes for general sales and repairs
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Handling inbound telephone calls
Experience & Requirements
- Previous experience in customer care
- Experience with administration duties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday: Hours between 8am-5pm. Mixture of 8am-4pm and 9am-5pm on a weekly rotation.
