Location: Ripley

Hours: Monday – Thursday: 21:45 – 06:00 / Friday: 17:45 – 00:00 (training on days and afters)

Pay: £14 (increasing to £14.86 after training)

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are looking for an FLT Counterbalance & Clamp Driver to join a leading manufacturer in Ripley. These temporary-to-permanent roles offer immediate starts and excellent long-term prospects.

Shift Pattern & Pay

  • Days & Afters (training): Monday – Thursday: 05:45 – 14:00 / Friday: 05:45 – 12:00
  • Monday – Thursday: 13:45 – 22:00 / Friday: 11:45 – 18:00
  • Permanent Night Shift: Monday – Thursday: 21:45 – 06:00 / Friday: 17:45 – 00:00

Your Duties

  • Operating FLT Counterbalance trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Using clamp attachments to move and handle products with care.
  • Loading and unloading goods from vehicles and production areas.
  • Transporting materials across site to required locations.
  • Carrying out routine vehicle checks and reporting any faults.
  • Assisting with general warehouse and production duties where required.
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety guidelines.
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organized working environment.

Requirements

You will need an in date and accredited Counterbalance and Clamp licence that has been refreshed within the last 3 years.
