Location: Chesterfield

Salary: 40,000 per annum + Uncapped commission

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 4:30pm (office-based)
  • Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm (working from home)

Responsibilities:

You’ll handle enquiries from initial contact right through to closing the deal, working with a wide range of customers including construction professionals, factory managers, and warehouse operators. Most of your pipeline will come from inbound enquiries, giving you the opportunity to focus on a consultative, solutions-led approach. Alongside this, there’s scope to proactively develop new business. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Speaking with customers to understand project requirements
  • Preparing tailored quotations and proposals
  • Running Zoom calls and occasional face-to-face meetings
  • Managing opportunities across both short and longer sales cycles
  • Keeping your pipeline organised in HubSpot and following up consistently

Skills/Experience required:

We’re keen to speak with people who have B2B sales experience and are confident managing conversations with customers at all levels. This is an essential requirement for this role.
