Due to continued growth and expansion we are currently looking to recruit a Skilled Bench Joiner to join our business in Burton upon Trent on a permanent basis. The starting salary is up to £42000 per annum and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Flexibility required during peak times.)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Craft and assemble bespoke wooden products to precise specifications.
- Read and work from technical drawings, plans, and measurements.
- Operate a range of woodworking machinery and tools with confidence.
- Ensure all products meet the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and project goals.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience as a skilled Bench Joiner (ideally with 5 years in the field).
