Contract: Temp to Perm | Hours: Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 16:00

Responsibilities
- Assembling products following technical drawings and specifications
- Working with small, intricate components using hand tools and magnification equipment (full training provided)
- Carrying out quality checks to maintain high standards
- Following detailed instructions and meeting production targets
- Keeping your workspace clean and adhering to health & safety policies
- Adapting flexibly to different tasks and work areas
Qualifications / What we\\\’re looking for
- Excellent attention to detail and dexterity for small components
- Calm and focused under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines
- Positive team-player with good communication skills
- Previous experience as an assembly operative, production operative, or similar role is desirable but not essential
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- This role would be great for anyone who has a hobby that involves working with small parts – crafters, model painters, nail technicians, jewellery makers, watch repairers, electronics hobbyists, model train enthusiasts, knitters, embroidery or cross-stitchers, scale model builders, miniature painters, beading enthusiast etc!
