Key Responsibilities of an Appointment Setter / Business Development Executive:
- Contacting prospective clients through outbound calls
- Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
- Booking appointments for client meetings
- Building and maintaining professional relationships
- Visiting clients and attending meetings when required
- Sending follow-up emails and business correspondence
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the growth and development of the business
Candidate Requirements for this Appointment Setter / Business Development Executive position:
- Experience in a customer-facing, sales, recruitment, retail, hospitality, or similar role
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to build rapport with new and existing clients
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Motivated to achieve targets and develop a career in business development
- Full UK driving licence preferred
