Daily Task:
- Liaising with suppliers and hauliers via email/telephone
- Booking deliveries onto the WMS
- Using MS Office and Adobe Creator
- Checking deliveries and documentation
- Exporting finished product to the EU, including completing post-Brexit regulatory documentation
- Arranging domestic shipments to 3rd party customers
- Raising purchase orders
- Stock control
- 'Meet & Greet' with delivery drivers
- General admin duties as required
- Raising claims for non-conforming deliveries
- Liaising with production, supply chain and other DC's - UK, ROI & NL
- Pulling and compiling stock and capacity reports
Skills Required:
- Must possess good communication and language skills as the role requires liaising with contacts
- Must be able to communicate well using email systems and telephone
- Attention to detail is a must
- Must be able to work to deadlines
- Must be able to work on initiative and have the confidence to push for answers
- Must be able to work within a fast-paced environment
- Have some knowledge of MS Office. Training will be provided on all systems used
