We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator who has previous experience using Excel spreadsheets to join our client’s office based in the Melbourne area. As an Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing orders, handling communications, and supporting various administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00, Friday 08:30 - 15:00
Duties:
- Processing orders
- Taking telephone orders
- Use of Microsoft Excel
- Producing labels
- Tracking orders
- Printing out relevant paperwork for the warehouse
- Using Excel spreadsheets to input relevant data
Skills Required:
- Preferred experience within an order processing role
- Good telephone manner
- Able to work in a small team
- Skills using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Calculations etc) – Essential
- Must be able to drive due to location
