The Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) provides operational and administrative support to the clinical operations and quality assurance team to ensure the efficient conduct of clinical trials in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), regulatory requirements, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The CTA assists in the coordination, documentation, and tracking of clinical trial activities across multiple studies.
What You Will Do
- Provide administrative and operational support to Clinical Trial Managers, the wider Clinical Study team and the Quality Assurance team.
- Assist with the preparation, maintenance, and organization of Study SharePoint and electronic TMF (eTMF).
- Track and maintain essential clinical trial documentation.
- Support site start-up activities, including preparation of regulatory document packages.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of study-related materials and correspondence.
- Maintain study trackers, logs, and clinical trial databases.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes for study team meetings.
- Assist with investigator meeting logistics and study-related training events.
- Track study progress and follow up with internal teams and external partners (e.g., CROs, sites).
- Support safety reporting documentation and submission tracking as required.
- Assist with vendor management documentation and communication.
- Ensure all clinical documentation complies with regulatory and company requirements.

What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment. Placements at Pharmaceutical Companies/CROs are acceptable.
- Experience in clinical trial administration or clinical research coordination is preferred.
