Your role
Join our boutique team in Soho, London. Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will help local and international clients discover Essential Parfums and contribute to the boutique's commercial success.
Your responsibilities
- Welcome each client warmly and guide them through a personalised fragrance discovery, sharing the ingredients, perfumers and stories behind our collections.
- Contribute to individual and boutique sales targets, including conversion, average transaction value and units per transaction, with relevant recommendations.
- Build lasting client relationships through thoughtful follow-up, invitations and accurate client records, respecting privacy requirements.
- Support launches, boutique events and local initiatives, and handle client requests, exchanges and after-sales enquiries with care.
- Keep displays and testers immaculate; support deliveries, replenishment and stock counts, and follow cash handling and security procedures.
Your profile
- Previous experience in retail, ideally in niche fragrance, beauty, fashion in a premium service environment.
- An interest in perfumery, confident communication and attentive listening, with a positive approach to sales and teamwork.
- Fluent English for client service; additional languages are welcome.
- Availability for retail shifts, including weekends, relevant public holidays and peak trading periods, and authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.
Work closely with a enthusiastic boutique team where initiative and personal service matter. Help grow the local client community as Essential Parfums expands internationally.
