Window Fitter needed in Bradford, £16.08ph PAYE – Reference: 5281097.
The installer’s role is to correctly install products, while ensuring they meet safety regulations and performance standards, also to meet the expectations of the tenant/customer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Removing old units
- Preparing openings
- Precisely fitting new windows/doors or fire doors
- Ensuring secure and weatherproof seals
- Installing fire doors according to the installation guidelines for the product to guarantee the product's integrity in case of a live fire scenario
- Carrying out joinery, installation and maintenance work to a diverse range of applications, including new build, occupied and tenanted buildings
- Solving complex construction problems
- Using tools, plant equipment, bladed moving machinery and materials safely and in accordance with the general activities of the construction industry
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
