We are seeking an experienced Service Manager Children's Commissioning to lead strategic and operational commissioning across Children's Services. You will oversee SEND, Social Care Commissioning and Placements teams, driving sufficiency strategies, market development, procurement, contract management and service improvement to achieve the best outcomes for children, young people and families.
