- Clear backlog of stage 1 complaints relating to housing needs, homelessness and temporary accommodation.
Qualifications:
- Preferable that candidates have local authority and homelessness complaints experience (also welcome applicants with Housing Ombudsman experience).
- Good if applicants are aware of Housing Act 96 Part VII, Homelessness Reduction Act 2018 or Localism Act 2011.
Work Schedule:
- 3 days a week in the office with Monday as statutory day.
