Conduct Management and Refurbishment & Demolition asbestos surveys within domestic dwellings.
Identify, assess, and record asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in accordance with industry standards and legislation.
Produce accurate survey reports and maintain detailed records.
Upload and manage survey information using asset management systems and databases.
Liaise professionally with residents, contractors, clients, and colleagues.
