The successful candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support and act as daily point of initial contact for calls and e-mails. They will respond sensitively to enquires, verbal and in writing, from a range of contacts and will produce and gather accurate information from the overviewing of a child’s record which includes information of a sensitive, emotionally demanding and complex information.
