Overview
Main Purpose of the Job
To develop and implement a single front door triage system that provides trauma-informed triage and outreach to residents and colleagues. The role will focus on engaging harder-to-reach resident groups, such as NEET young people and economically inactive individuals, ensuring they are supported into appropriate services and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a single front door triage system that provides trauma-informed triage and outreach to residents and colleagues.
- Engage harder-to-reach resident groups, such as NEET young people and economically inactive individuals, ensuring they are supported into appropriate services and opportunities.
- Support employer engagement by brokering and enrolling young people into Intermediate Labour Market (ILM) placements.
- Work closely with the adult learning service to coordinate the promotion, enrolment, and sustainment of functional skills interventions.
Contract details
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
