Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing procurement and temporary accommodation teams to deliver well-maintained, suitable accommodations.
  • Overseeing all forms of temporary accommodation, ensuring health and safety compliance.
  • Developing relationships with stakeholders and property providers to meet accommodation demand.
  • Deputising for the Property & Place Manager and other Housing Solutions managers.
  • Direct line management of staff, ensuring service levels and support.
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and resolving complaints.
  • Promoting diversity, inclusion, and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Meeting key performance indicators for procurement and management.
  • Managing and responding to enquiries and complaints within set timescales.
  • Staying updated on relevant housing legislation and policies.
  • Ensuring value for money and a commercial approach to service delivery.
  • Preventing homelessness by providing good quality private rented accommodation.
