Full time hours on a temporarybasis
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and technical support for cemetery and bereavement operations.
- Maintain accurate records relating to burials, grave ownership, memorials, exclusive rights and cemetery documentation.
- Process burial applications, memorial permits and associated service requests.
- Respond to customer enquiries, complaints and service issues in a professional, compassionate and timely manner.
- Act as a point of contact for funeral directors, contractors, internal departments and members of the public.
- Support the coordination of cemetery activities and operational workloads.
- Assist with income collection, invoicing and financial administration processes.
- Monitor and update cemetery databases and information management systems.
- Support service improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Assist with special projects, memorial events and ceremonial activities as required.
- Contribute to the development of guidance, procedures and customer information materials.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Data Protection and risk management requirements.
