We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Housing Improvement / Building Surveyor to join a busy and rewarding team delivering home improvement and adaptation projects that make a real difference to people’s lives.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing a caseload of home improvement and adaptation works from initial enquiry through to completion. This includes carrying out property inspections, preparing plans and specifications, and overseeing works on site to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Working closely with clients and partner professionals, you’ll help design practical solutions that improve accessibility, safety, and quality of housing.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
