Summary
This project manager role will be central to the delivery of SEND Reform projects, with a focus on Somerset's Experts at Hand (EAH) model across education settings for children and young people aged 0-25, supporting the wider SEND Improvement Programme and SEND Reform Plan.
Key responsibilities
As a project manager, enable the SEND Reform Partnership Board (Education Settings, Services, the NHS, Parent Carers and Children and Young People) to:
- Mobilise and deliver the SEND Reform Projects across Somerset
- Drive implementation of the EAH Locality Delivery Model.
- Manage programme plans, risks, milestones, and governance reporting.
- Build strong relationships with education settings, health partners, and SEND stakeholders.
- Coordinate programme communications, evaluation, and performance reporting.
- Support recruitment, procurement, and contract management activity linked to delivery.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
