Waste Solutions Operative 37 hours per week, Thursday Sunday, 7am 4:45pm Duties to include but not limited to: Collecting garbage, recyclables, and debris from residential, commercial, and industrial properties, including streets and alleys, and transporting them to disposal or recycling facilities.
Operating and maintaining collection vehicles, including trucks with hydraulic lifts or automated mechanisms.
Assisting drivers in manoeuvring trucks safely and directing vehicle movement during collection.
Sorting recyclables from non-recyclables and ensuring proper disposal according to local regulations.
Cleaning, washing, and servicing collection vehicles as needed.
Reporting irregularities, delays, or safety hazards to supervisors.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
