Property Solicitor Location: Addlestone (Hybrid Working) Contract: Part-Time (26 to 32 hours per week) Rate: Β£50.00 to Β£54.45 per hour Umbrella (dependent on experience and agreed working pattern) We are seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join a busy legal team on a part-time basis. This role offers a varied caseload across commercial property, open spaces, community assets, and housing-related matters, alongside the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues. Key Responsibilities Managing a range of commercial property transactions, including leases, lease renewals, easements, wayleaves, disposals, and acquisitions. Advising on housing-related matters such as Right to Buy, Shared Ownership, lease extensions, and property acquisitions. Drafting and reviewing legal documentation and reports. Providing clear legal advice to stakeholders and supporting decision-making processes. Issuing First Homes Scheme certifications. Mentoring and supporting junior members of the legal team. Requirements Qualified Solicitor with a current Practising Certificate and valid SRA number. Strong experience in commercial property law and transactional work. Ability to manage a varied caseload independently. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Working Arrangements This is a hybrid role, with attendance at the Addlestone office ideally twice per week , including a monthly team meeting. Flexibility around working patterns can be discussed.
